B2B SaaS platform, facilities management

From flat traffic to pipeline a sales team trusts.

A B2B SaaS company with a good product and an invisible website. Organic traffic had been flat for two years, and what little arrived never turned into pipeline. We rebuilt the technical foundations, then built topical authority around the problems their buyers actually search for.

The Challenge

The platform sells to facilities and operations teams, a buyer who researches heavily before ever talking to sales. The site had years of technical debt: duplicate parameter URLs eating crawl budget, a blog full of thought leadership nobody searched for, and product pages that ranked for nothing with commercial intent. Marketing was producing content every week. Pipeline from organic was close to zero.

The fix drew on our technical SEO and SEO content work.

Our Approach

phase.01
01

Technical rebuild.

We fixed indexation, consolidated duplicate URLs and restructured the architecture around how buyers search, not how the org chart looks.

phase.02
02

Intent-led content.

We mapped the buying committee's questions and rebuilt the content programme around comparison, integration and pricing intent. Thought leadership went on hold.

phase.03
03

Authority building.

Digital PR and partner content earned links to the pages that convert, not the homepage.

phase.04
04

Pipeline reporting.

We connected rankings to CRM stages so the board saw sourced pipeline, not sessions.
